NLB d.d. shall, based on the permission of the European Central Bank on 19 November 2024 early redeem its subordinated notes issued on 19 November 2019 with final maturity on 19 November 2029 (ISIN: XS2080776607) in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 9,900,000, together with accrued and unpaid interest.
