We've been family-friendly for more than a decade. We obtained the basic Family Friendly Company certificate in 2011 and, after successful implementation of a number of measures, we obtained the Full Certificate at the end of 2014.
Sports Club
The Bank’s Sports Club offers a range of sports activities for employees, including climbing, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and skiing.
Healthy Bank
The Healthy Bank is a programme that covers various activities related to health promotion in the workplace. Short and longer workshops are organised within the Healthy Bank where every employee can find something suitable for them.
The focus is on prevention and making changes in life to improve the health and quality of life, with an emphasis on raising awareness and encouraging employees to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Our daily lives are increasingly stressful and under time pressure, so it is important to find ways together to make time for our well-being despite all the pressures and to avoid the bad habits of a fast-paced life.
Through the Healthy Bank programmes, we try to cover all 4 levels from which we draw our energy. If there is not enough energy in any of them, we are not functioning at our optimum.
