Financial literacy
In the banking museum, we run free financial literacy workshops, where participants learn how to handle their money better and acquire key skills for organized personal finances.

1994
Launch of telephone banking in Slovenia
In the fall of 1994, we introduced a novelty in Slovenia - telephone bank NLB Teledom. It was operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the start. It started in a small office, with only 4 computers. and gained more than 16,000 users in three years..
1998
Bank stores
n 1998, we opened the first bank stores in shopping centers,. Their user experience was adapted to that of shopping centers.
1999
Digital banking
In 1999, NLB Klik, an retail online bank, and NLB Proklik, an electronic bank for private individuals and companies, come to life.
2015
Mobile apps
With the increased use of applications on smartphones, we also develop NLB Klikin and NLB Klikpro.
2018
Increasing security
Cash and checks have been replaced by cards over time. Their use is also slowly declining, so with the NLB Pay mobile application, we have made it easier for customers to pay and at the same time increase security.
2021
Mobile branch
The Bank&Go mobile branch was launched. Having in mind our customers from smaller towns withou their own branches, it combines the best of both worlds – digital and traditional.
