Preboarding takes place before the start of employment. For easier transition to a new work environment, we introduce you to the organisation, its culture, values and way of working. You will learn more about the company, team, projects and any internal rules and tools that you will use in your work.
At this point, it is time to go for a medical check-up and provide proof of eligibility to work.
