As a family-friendly company, we make it easier to balance the private and professional lives of our employees. Among other things, we enable them to do this by working from home, which also contributes to reducing the carbon footprint generated during transport to work.

In 2021, employees devoted more than 74,000 hours to training, and we also implemented 8 programmes for physical and mental health and personal growth. We also encourage and enable self-learning with the Udemy for Business platform, where more than 5,000 online trainings are available to employees.

We measured the current state of organisational culture and listened to employees where we still need to improve as an employer. We also measure engagement every year and introduce the necessary improvements. At the same time, we want to empower managers who are the key driver of change in the company.
