NLB Banka Podgorica

Martin Leberle has almost 40 years of work experience in the banking sector. A graduate in economics, he began his career in 1985 as a sales manager at the Hypo-Bank branch in Munich. Between 1998 and 2014, he held senior positions at HypoVereinsbank Hungária in Budapest, JSCB HVB Bank Ukraine and UniCredit Bank Ukraine in Kiev, then he was CFO of Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina and a member of the Supervisory Board of Heta Asset Resolution in Sarajevo. In 2016, he joined NLB Banka Podgorica as General and Financial Director, and since 2022 he has been the President of the Management Board.

As a graduated economist Lana Đurasović started her career at NLB Banka Podgorica in 2002 as an intern. An excellent expert on the banking system, she has worked as an analyst and coordinator of the Planning, Analysis, Accounting and Controlling Department, Director of the Finance and Controlling Sector, Executive Director of Finance and Financial Markets and as an advisor to the Board of Directors for Finance and Financial Markets. She became a member of the Management Board in 2022.

Dražen Vujošević has been continuously employed at NLB Banka Podgorica since 2008, and since 2014 in managerial positions. He has extensive experience in the field of risk management and management of various projects in banks. He started his career as an intern and continued as a sales officer and risk management analyst. Between 2015 and 2021, he was Director of the Risk Management Division. He has been a member of the Management Board since 2021.
