Lidija Žigić has a university degree in management and economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tuzla. She holds a master's degree from the School for Modern Business in Belgrade and IEDC Bled School of Management. Since 2003, she has been actively employed in the banking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina, first at Hypo Alpe-Adria Bank, and then she joined NLB Banka d.d. Sarajevo as an advisor to the Management Board. Since January 2015, she was a member of the Management Board and Executive Director of NLB Banka d.d. Sarajevo. In 2017, she became the President of the Management Board of NLB Banka d.d., Sarajevo. She is responsible for retail and corporate, digital banking, product development and reporting, legal, marketing, CRM, Contact Centre, HR and Organization Department.

Jure Peljhan received his PhD from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. In 1999, he joined NLB d.d. Ljubljana as a systems analyst. From 2002 to 2017, he worked as a project manager in the field of information technology development, Head of the Bank's Strategic Planning and Information System Management Division and Senior Executive Director (CIO) of the NLB Group. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Management Board of NLB Banka d.d. Sarajevo, responsible for Payment Systems and Business Support Division, Information Technology Management Division and the Investments, Procurement and General Affairs Division.

Berin Lakomica has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting and a Master's degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Sarajevo, complemented by an MBA from SAA Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale in Italy. Lakomica's career spans over 15 years in the banking industry, with significant experience in financial markets, investment banking, and corporate banking. He has demonstrated leadership in various roles at UniCredit bank and NLB Banka Sarajevo. As of January 2025, Lakomica holds the position of Member of the Management Board (CMO) and is responsible for retail and corporate banking sectors, as well as digital banking and product development.

Igor Tutuš holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Lugano and a Master's degree in Management from IEDC Business School Bled. With over two decades of experience in the banking sector, Tutuš has developed extensive expertise in risk management and strategic banking operations. He has held key positions at several banks, including LHB Banka and NLB Razvojna Banka. Since January 2025, Tutuš has been serving as a Member of the Management Board (CRO) at NLB Banka d.d., Sarajevo, overseeing global risk management, non-performing assets, and credit risk management for both corporate and retail sectors. His experience is further enhanced by his involvement in the Risk Measurement and Management Commission at the Association of Banks of BiH from 2014 to 2023.
