NLB d.d. announced on 21 November 2022 that it is planning to issue Tier 2 subordinated notes (hereinafter also: the subordinated notes). On the basis of orders received from eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the United States of America the company has decided to issue the subordinated notes in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 225 million.
